How to choose and implement the right opportunities

I am super excited to have you here with Ed and I for today’s SuperPower Secrets Session: Opportunities Everywhere: Which one do we choose and how do we implement?

Our SS Sessions are dedicated to giving you the ‘How tos’ for the challenges and problems, as well as the solutions, triggered by our conversations with the couples in business who come on this show and share each week.  Our aim is make your life easier through the experiential learning of others. Mainly from us as we have tried and tested all the strategies we share.

These sessions are short bite-size hacks that turn the conversations in to real, tangible solutions for you.

They are built through the work we do inside the Institute for Couples in Business, as well as our own personal experiences – of which, after almost 10 years, there are plenty!

Today, Ed and I are talking about the challenges of opportunities for your business. And more to the point, how you guys can make sure you act together on the right opportunities and how to implement them well.

This is a topic we have first-hand experience in … and I know from our time working with other couples and serving hundreds of business people through the PowerHouse and The Business League, we are not alone.  And, neither are you.

The challenges we will discuss today were triggered by my conversation with Amy and Jamie Honey, in which two topics stood out.

The first was about dealing with a person who thinks and acts quickly whilst one of the partners is more deliberate, cautious and makes sure all the ducks are lined up.

The second was the difficulty in too many opportunities coming in for the business and jumping on all or too many of them.
