Andy and Angela Smith are the owners of Dr. Drip, a highly successful plumbing business based in Sydney, NSW. They are also the founders of Lifestyle Tradie, a mentoring service for trade business owners across Australia wanting the tools and support to grow their operation.
When Ange first quit her stable corporate job to join Andy in the plumbing business, it was far from smooth sailing. There were some major adjustments to be made as Andy let go of the reins in order to allow others to take on new roles in the business.
More than a decade later, their complementary skills and focus on ‘family first’ sees them enjoying the freedom to spend loads of quality time with their children and reaping the rewards of two thriving businesses.
