Working to your TRUE capacity

By Rebecca Plant

The problem is not that you can’t fit it all in. The problem is that you think that you can.

Working to your True Capacity is the #1 biggest issue that I see in stressed women.

When you Lead a Home and Lead a business – and throw in leading a husband inside that – there is ONLY so much time in a day.

Your SELF before children had …

– more SELF time

– more FREE time

– more NETWORKING time

– more BUILDING time

– more IMPLEMENTING time

There was time to plan AND execute in the same day.

And there still IS time to do this on some days … but the pressure for those days to be EVERY day is killing you.

Thinking that your NOW self can achieve the same results as your THEN self is what’s hurting you …

It’s RIGID.

It’s INFLEXIBLE.

It’s UNREAL.

Give yourself a f^*king break. Get real with what’s achievable.

Be kind to yourself.

Then, make the most of the minutes that you do have with the Vision, Desire and Commitment that moves your Feminine nature.

Don’t be Disciplined and Accountable.

Have Desire and Be Committed.
